Yesterday, on the 12th of March of the current year, JSC "MOESK" organized a presentation of the work of a new Customer Service Center in city of Troitsk. It's the first CSC of the company in the territory of Novaya Moskva. It's principle objective – is to make the process of the applications filing for the technological connection to be maximally convenient for the applicants, and the energy infrastructure of JSC "MOESK" – to be accessible for the technological connection of the natural persons and business entities.
Taking into account the relevance and significance of the center for the social and economic infrastructure development of Novaya Moskva, the following people took part in the arrangement: the first deputy head of the Department of the fuel and energy economy of city of Moscow Vsevolod Pleshivtsev, prefect of Troitsk and Novomoskovsk administrative districts (T&NAD) of the capital city Dmitry Nabokin, head of the Moscow Energy Directorate Denis Stoyakin, city district head of Troitsk Vladimir Dudochkin.
Prefect of T&NAD Dmitry Nabokin expressed very precisely the relevance of organization of the Customer Service Center for the dwellers of Novaya Moskva: "Up until recently a customer of technological connection from Troitsk or Novomoskovsk districts had to go either to Podolsk, or to the territory of "old Moscow", what created inconvenience both for natural persons, and for legal entities. From the point of view of logistics Troitsk is more accessible for the customers of MOESK, since it's a geographic center of the capital city's new territory".
Deputy Director General of MOESK for the technological connection and services development Alexander Pyatigor told that the new center work was organized according to "one window" principle. Here visitors may file an application for the technological connection, additional services, as well as get the reference information, a professional consultation with regard to these issues. For convenience of the customers CSC is equipped with the take-a-number-system, a monitor to show advertising video clips, information stands, the premise has a child playing enclosed area, a necessary complex of conveniences for people with reduced capabilities is organized.
Within the framework of the presentation the attendees were demonstrated a set of on-site, off-site and interactive services, which are used by the company in the work with the applicants. So, a special attention was paid to an opportunity to file an application for the technological connection through the Company portal. The Company has made a significant work so that service "Electronic application" should become attractive for the customers: the interface has been improved, the personal data protection has been introduced, the client area personalization has been introduced. As a result, only from the beginning of 2014, each tenth applicant has made use of the convenient service.
Customers who appreciate their time and want to get the complete package of services, are offered by MOESK to file an application for an additional fee-based service "Fulfillment of technical arrangements on part of a client when performing the technological connection to the grids of JSC "MOESK".
It's remarkable, that during the presentation, despite of presence of the important visitors, CSC worked in its usual mode, i.e. accepted the visitors. The following people were among its clients: a representative of a medical institution "Voronovsk hospital", authorized to get a contract for signing, for the capacity increase of the medical institution from 10 to 60 kW; an owner of a residential house in village Rastoropovo, who declared about the technical conditions fulfillment on his part in order to make the technological connection of capacity up to 15 kW; an owner of a farm enterprise in village Knutovo, who had filed a primary application for the technological connection.
Alexander Pyatigor specified especially that JSC "Moscow United Electric Grid Company" continued optimizing the technological connection process to the electric grids. From the 1st of March of the current year the company started the pilot project "3 steps – 2 visits", thanks to which one can connect to the electric grid infrastructure for 90 days, having made just two visits to a customer office.
In the opinion of the first deputy head of the Department of the fuel and energy economy of city of Moscow Vsevolod Pleshivtsev: "Such offices are maximally convenient for the dwellers of Moscow and Moscow Region, and the energy infrastructure itself is becoming more accessible for the technological connection of both natural persons, and entrepreneurs. Technological connection up to 150 kW for 90 days – is a rather tight deadline for the Company: one must make a lot of efforts in order to fulfill its obligations towards the users. Let me add, for the last two years "Moscow United Electric Grid Company" has improved significantly the works with the clients in the sphere of technological connection, and the results are seen by us already today".

The fact that the company has defined for itself the very tight deadlines time frame of technological connection and has set its face towards the client – is an important step towards development of the new districts and Moscow on the whole", – emphasized Dmitry Nabokin.
