The Board of Directors of JSC "MOESK" (is a member of “Rosseti) recommended that the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company pays dividends on ordinary shares in the amount of RUR 0.0422 per share. Therefore, based on the results of 2014, payments at the level of the last year’s values shall be approved, i.e. 25% of the net profit under the RAS.
Date of making of a list of persons entitled to receive dividends shall be July 6, 2015.
The Board of Directors recommended to approve the following distribution of profit of JSC "MOESK" for 2014 financial year: dividends - RUR 2,055,439 thousand, profit for development - RUR 6,152,946 thousand.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC "MOESK" shall take place on June 24 this year at 10:00 AM at Swissotel Conference Center (Moscow, Kosmodamianskaya Embankment 52, building 7). The registration starts at 9:00 AM. The list of persons entitled to participate in the annual General shareholders' meeting is made based on the register data on May 18, 2015.

JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” (JSC “MOESK”) is one of the largest power distribution companies in Russia.
JSC “MOESK” provides electricity to the country’s most dynamically developed region - the Moscow Region with the population of about 17 mln people. The Company’s core activities are provision of power transmission services and technical connection of the consumers to the power grids within Moscow and the Moscow Region.
The majority share of JSC “MOESK” (50.9 %) belongs to JSC “Rosseti”.
JSC “Rosseti” is the largest energy producer in Russian and in the world which ensures energy transmission and distribution.
The length of the Company’s transmission lines total to 2.3 million km, the transformer capacity of 463 thousand substations is 726 GVA. The personnel capacity of Rosseti Company Group is 213 thousand highly qualified specialists.
The Company’s assets include shares in 43 subsidiaries and affiliates, including shares in 11 interregional and 5 regional grid companies. The state that owns 61.7% share in the authorized capital is the controlling shareholder.
To fulfill the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, in June 2013, shares in JSC “UES FGC” owned by the Russian Federation were transferred as a contribution to the authorized capital of the company.
