“MOESK” Allocated RUR 2 bln for Implementation of the Repair Program

For the first half-year of 2015 PJSC “MOESK” (belonging to “Rosseti” Company Group) has performed the repair program activities in the amount exceeding RUR 2.01 bln, including RUR 1.1 bln spent on the Moscow facilities and RUR 1 bln spent on thee Moscow Region facilities. The repair woks have been completed on 575.7 km of 35-220 kV overhead lines (OL), 822.5 km of 0.4-10 kV OLs. 411 units of 6-220 kV transformers and 100.8 km of 0.4-220 kV cables lines have been repaired.

In strict compliance with the schedules the branches of PJSC “MOESK” are performing a package of actions aimed at ensuring the reliable operation of the power facilities throughout the year. The powermen pay special attention to the facilities affecting the reliability of grids during autumn-winter period (AWP) of 2015-2016.

In particular the repair of the power transmission equipment and lines affecting the reliable operation during the AWP are planned to be completed by September 15 of the current year. This will include the repair of more than 700 km of 0.4-6-10 kV OLs, more than 430 units of 6-10 kV transformers, replacement of 7130 poles for 0.4-6-10 kV OLs, repair of 2,926 switches 6-220 kV.
