Today a meeting was held between the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov and the General Director of "Rosseti", Pavel Livinsky. The conversation was devoted to key issues of the functioning and development of the electric grid complex of the Moscow Region.

Particular emphasis was placed on the fulfillment of the instructions of the Governor of the Moscow Region in terms of significantly simplifying the procedure for transferring electric networks of SNT and cottage villages to the balance of the electric grid company "Rosseti Moscow Region". The global consolidation of electric grid assets of gardening associations (according to the plan, by the end of 2020 this figure will exceed 5,000 SNT) will significantly reduce the number of technological disruptions leading to interruptions in the supply of voltage, and significantly improve the quality of electricity supply to consumers in the Moscow Region.

“The Moscow region has a large territory and now there is an intensive work with individuals - connecting SNT, cottage villages, new microdistricts. The arrangement of the entire infrastructure and industrial parks is of particular importance - this is a guarantee of economic stability for us, ”the Governor said. “I want to thank you for a number of industrial territories, in particular, "Esipovo", where "Mercedes" already operates today and other residents come.” About 2 thousand SNTs near Moscow transferred their electric networks to the balance of "Rosseti Moscow Region". All necessary procedures can be carried out through a personal account, said the Director General of Rosseti, Pavel Livinsky, at a meeting with the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobiev.

“From the point of view of horticultural partnerships, we have canceled the requirements to bring the equipment in proper condition for receiving on our balance sheet. Almost 2 thousand gardening associations have already been consolidated, ”said Pavel Livinsky.

The Director General of "Rosseti", Pavel Livinsky, noted that the considerable efforts of the company's power engineers are aimed at modernizing the existing and building new supply centers that can create a noticeable surplus in capacity in the Moscow Region. “The ability to connect new facilities to the company’s networks will give an impetus to the development of infrastructure, business, including small and medium, will entail the creation of new jobs. By the way, only over the past 5 years, the following networks have been connected to the networks of Rosseti Moscow Region: 286 691 objects up to 15 kW for a total capacity of 3 781 MW and 10 665 objects from 15 to 150 kW for a total capacity of 664 MW. The applicant’s face-to-face visits to the company’s office were excluded, the total number of procedures was reduced from 10 to 2, ”said Pavel Livinsky.

Power engineers reported on the successful passage of the autumn-winter period 2018/19, in which, despite the not so simple weather conditions, there was not a single technological violation associated with a massive violation of power supply to consumers. In general, the number of technological failures in the main network of 110 kV and above was halved. Pavel Livinsky also told the governor about the degree of readiness for the upcoming winter, about which facilities of the electric grid sector of the region are taken under special control, on which work the efforts of operational personnel are concentrated in the framework of the planned repair program.

The Director General of "Rosseti", Pavel Livinsky, emphasized that more than 70% of all energy facilities in the Moscow Region are on the balance sheet of the "Rosseti Moscow Region"subsidiary, and this is more than 880 thousand consumers.

“It is important for us to develop and improve the energy complex of the Moscow region. To this end, a large-scale program aimed at digital transformation of electric networks and business processes has been developed and is being implemented. The projects "Digital Electrician", "Digital Electric Network District" are already being actively implemented in the Moscow Region and give the first tangible results associated with a real reduction in the accident rate on the networks of "Rosseti Moscow Region", and increasing the reliability of power supply to consumers. "

“At present, the "Rosseti Moscow Region" company is working to attract potential investors and developers in the Moscow region who are interested in receiving electric energy from promising substations that are in a high degree of readiness. For example, such as the "Kolychevo" substation in Kolomna and the "Geneva" substation in Lobny. The completion of their construction will lay the technological foundation for investment and business development,” said Peter Sinyutin, CEO of "Rosseti Moscow Region".
