The branch of JSC “MOESK” - Western Electric Grids assigned over RUR 529 million 231 thousand in 2010 for implementation of the repair campaign. This is by RUR 89 million 943 thousand more than in 2009. This program provides for stage-by-stage replacement of the out-of-date equipment with the outspent resource.
Thirty power transformers, 287 breakers, 1,993 disconnecting switches, 6,025 support-rod insulators were repaired at substations last year. As to high-voltage grids – 36.2 km of wire, 3,689 insulators, and 93 supports were replaced. The grids of 0.4-6-10 kV passed through repairs of 217.5 km of wire and installation of 1,768 supports. The area of cleared routes for power lines of various voltage levels was 419.6 hectares.
The repair work is carried out with use of new highly technological equipment, materials and accessories, which guarantees supply of electricity to the consumers of the Odintsovsky, Naro-Fominsky, Istrinsky, Ruzsky, Mozhaisky, Volokolamsky, Lotoshinsky, Shakhovskoy Districts ensuring reliability and high quality.
