According to the Central Dispatching Service of JSC “MOESK”, on the last week maximum of energy consumption was recorded on February 28 at 7 p.m. and is 15, 977 GW at air temperature -11 degrees.
In the past winter maximum of consumption of the last years was not exceeded. In winter 2009-2010 with maximal temperature below 28 degrees, energy consumption of 17, 266 GW was recorded. In the present autumn-winter period peak demand of 17, 166 GW was recorded on December 2 with temperature below 22 degrees.
