In Khimki and Klin located in the service area of JSC “MOESK” branch - Northern electric networks, a ceremonial event under the slogan “Save the energy of forests”, dedicated to the memory of soldiers killed in the battles of World War II, was held. The ceremony was attended by representatives of administrations of the participating cities, employees of JSC “MOESK”, and activists of the Movement of young environmentalists "Mestnye" from Moscow region.

This event was a logical continuation of large-scale program of IDGC Holding, OJSC and JSC "MOESK" to restore the natural balance affected by the anomalous natural phenomena in late December 2010 - early January 2011. The place of the campaign holding has become really symbolic - on the eve of the 66th anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War, alleys, which appeared in the memorial parks of the Victory in two towns of Moscow region, became a good gift not only for veterans but also for local residents.

According to Director of JSC “MOESK” branch - Northern Electric Grids Vladimir Alekseevich Shitin, participation of branch employees in such events is a tradition, which without a doubt should be continued. "We sincerely support the endeavor of the Company and from our part expect that it will develop and not only cover new territory, but attract more participants."

Tat’yana Vladimirovna Loeva, Deputy Head of Klin administration said, "Memorial to dead soldiers is a truly symbolic place for our city. This is not only a tribute to history, the youth of the city gather here, parents with children walk, we are sincerely glad that a major company shows such socially responsible initiative and hope that it will not be the last event of its kind. This is indicative result of the fact that, working together and helping each other, we can make our lives better and more efficiently.”
