Plan of the capital investments assimilation by the Eastern Electric Grids of JSC “MOESK” in 2013 amounts to RUR 3,3 bln, which exceeds almost by two times the past year’s indicators.

18 large facilities are included into the investment program of the current year. The terms of the final implementation of these projects are till 2016 year. This year’s plans presuppose the project works completion on three overhead lines of 110 kV and a reconstruction beginning of 110 kV OL “Fosforitnaya-Peski”, which includes the wire substitution on10 km of the line, towards 2015 year.

Significant volume of the works is also in store to be fulfilled at 14 substations having the voltage of 35-110 kV. After their completion, towards the end of 2016, the total capacity will be increased by more than 600 MVA.

For the current year they have planned to start a stage-by-stage introduction of the power transformers with the total capacity of 148.6 MVA at substations “Almazovo”, “Dvoynya”, “Istomkino”, “Vasyutino”. The works completion at substation “Ogudnevo” is also expected. In 2012, a power transformer with the capacity of 16 MVA was introduced into the fixed assets at it, in 2013 the works will be completed by construction of oil receivers and oil drains.

The power engineers of the Eastern branch plan also to increase significantly the work volumes in the grid connections implementation. The investment program of 2013 counts about 1500 titles, which exceeds the past year’s indicators by more than one and half times. RUR 595 mln are stipulated to be spent for the works performance. These funds will be used for construction of 313 km of overhead lines with the voltage of 0,4-6-10 kV and an installation of complete transformer substations with the total capacity of more than 27 MVA.

Plans fulfillment of the investment program of 2013 in renovating the Eastern branch’s energy facilities will make it possible to improve essentially the quality and reliability of the consumers’ power supply and will give an opportunity for a subsequent development of economics and business of the actively developing Eastern Moscow region.
