Noginsk distribution zone (DZ) of JSC “MOESK” is implementing successfully the reconstruction program of the energy facilities, energizing 90 rural settlements. Alongside with the repair and maintenance of the grids, Noginsk power engineers are solving successfully an objective to satisfy a constantly growing demand for electric power of household and industrial consumers. It’s achieved by a renovation of the existing facilities and constriction of new ones, as well as the qualitative services rendering in grid connection.

By the words of Acting Chief Engineer of Noginsk DZ Vyacheslav Kozlov, the arrangements to increase a reliability of the power supply reliability of the socially significant facilities are controlled especially by the power engineers. In particular, in the closest time the works on a substitution of the non-insulated inlets by self-supporting insulated conductors (SSIC) are planned in the schools of population aggregates Timkovo and Mamontovo of Noginsk region.

For 2013 the power engineers plan to put into operation more than 30 feeding centers with the total capacity of over 3,5 MVA and to construct over 50 km of overhead lines using an insulated conductor, to reconstruct over 30 transformer substations and to substitute over 23 km of the obsolete wire by SSIC.

2012 was completed by the power engineers with the investment program successful fulfillment. Within the framework of the grid connections 20 facilities (complete transformer substations, distribution substations) with the total capacity of 2,6 MVA were put into service in villages Molzino, Kolontaevo, Zhilino, Gorki and others, and also more than 35,4 km of lines were constructed using SSIC in population aggregates Balobanovo, Stromyn’, Mamontovo, Gavrilovo etc.
Among 873 applications filed for the grid connection, a connection of 306 was implemented, including that of 296 natural persons.

13 facilities with the total capacity of 1,7 MVA were reconstructed, 37,1 km of the naked wire (A-50, AS-50) were substituted by the insulated wire (SSIC, SSIC-2A).
