Cost of Grid Connection Can Be Calculated on One’s Own Now

In order to increase transparency of grid connection services and for the clients’ convenience a new service appeared on web-page of JSC “MOESK” regarding grid connection – electronic calculator of cost - http://utp.moesk.ru/calc/.

In order to determine the cost of a facility grid connection to the electric networks of JSC “MOESK”, it is necessary to feed into interactive calculator fields the necessary maximum capacity, state the required reliability category of electric power supply and the distance from the object to the existent electric power facilities. By pushing the button “To calculate”, the applicant will get grid connection cost both at the rate of payment for maximum capacity and at the standard rate.

The cost is calculated approximately on calculator and can be slightly adjusted according to the fact of preparation of technical specifications.

This calculator is aimed at the consumers with the declared capacity of up to 8900 kW and voltage level of less than 35 kV on the territory of Moscow (including the territory of New Moscow) and Moscow region. In case of connection of power receivers of the capacity over 8900 kW inclusively and on the voltage level over 35 kV, an individual tariff is applied, approved by single order of the regulating authority.
