Technical specialists of branch of JSC “MOESK” – Northern Electric Grids in the course of the next reconstruction stage of 110/10/6 kV substation # 429 “Sheremet’yevo” integrated to new switchgear (outdoor switchgear) and energized under constant circuit 110 kV overhead line (OL) “Sheremet’yevo – Dolgoprudnaya with tap”.

During the previous two weeks 110 kV overhead lines “Beliy Rast – Sheremet’yevo” and “Sheremet’yevo – Lugovaya” were integrated to new outdoor switchgear and connected under constant circuit in strict accordance with the schedule. New indoor switchgear (ISG) and substation control house (SCH) were fully equipped with standard equipment.
Next in turn is – preparation of foundation for transformer T-1 with capacity of 63 MVA, regulating transformer 40 MVA and “busbar bridge”. Old transformer T-1 with capacity of 40 MVA is uninstalled and prepared for transportation to the other electric grid facility of MOESK’s northern branch.

Works at 110/10/6 kV substation # 429 are performed in the frames of program “Our Moscow region. Development priorities”, which was presented to general public by Acting Governor of Moscow region Andrey Vorob’yev in March of the current year. Accessible electricity, which will allow opening on the territory of Moscow region new industrial enterprises, is determined as one of the main goals in the program.

As Head of group of substations of Solnechnogorsk district of electric grids Anatoly Los’ informed, substation’s capacity will increase by one third after reconstruction and will amount to 126 MVA. Thereby he pointed out that powering centre will ensure not only necessities of international airport “Sheremet’yevo” (its transfer capacity will increase up to 64 mln of people per year by 2030), but also necessities of new power consumers of dynamically developing north of Moscow region.
