On 22.08.2013 a round-table meeting with the service consumers of Moscow United Electric Grid Company took place in a Customer Service Center, located at the address: Moscow, A. Solzhenitsyn Str., 7.
Theme “Re-registration and confirmation of power” became the subject for discussion.
Main objective of such meetings are set by the Company – building of a regular feedback with the service consumers as regards the technological connection, accounting of the customers’ opinion, identification of problem issues, preferences and expectations of the consumers.
Representatives of the following companies took part in the meeting: “SNT Logistik” Ltd., GBUK of Moscow “MDMT “Expromt”, JSC “Rossiya”, SNT “Severyanin”, State Corporation NPO “Promelectroavtomatika” LLC. Yuliya Shirokova, the Deputy Director of the customer service department acted as the moderator of the round-table meeting.
Managers of JSC “MOESK” attended the arrangement: Tatyana Nekrasova, the contact center head; Vladimir Makarov, head of the customer work management; Dmitry Kalinin, head of the contractual work department for the technological connections; Sergey Petrakov, head of the management for preparation and drawing up of the technological connection contracts; Stanislav Gornostayev, head of the management of the engineering support of the technological connections of Moscow Cable Grids; Pavel Nemkin, the Deputy Head of the management for support and control of the technological connections of Moscow Cable Grids.
Zhanna Novikova, the head of the documentation support management of the technological connections, told the participants about changes in the procedure of re-registration and confirmation of capacity, which had occurred owing to a new regulation adoption in the company of the process “Consideration of applications to re-register the documents confirming a proper technological connection”.
It’s already the second meeting with the consumers in form of a round-table discussion, initiated by JSC “MOESK”. The next meeting will take place on 19.09.2013 in the Customer Service Center at the address: Moscow, A. Solzhenitsyn Str., 7. The electric power accounting will become the theme for discussion. A preliminary record is made for those people who wish to take part in the round-table discussion.
Such arrangements will be held on a monthly basis in JSC “MOESK”.
JSC “MOESK” sets its main goal a provision of loyalty of the service consumers to the company, owing to a qualitative maintenance and needs meeting in the sphere of the power supply and additional services development. The policy of JSC “MOESK” – is a constant improvement of the service.
