Moscow power engineers continue improving the technological connection process to the electric grids. The heads of JSC "MOESK", JSC "Russian Grids" and Headquarters on business protection of the Moscow Government, told about the achievements of year 2013 and perspectives of the customer services improvement, at the press-conference which took place on the eve in media-center of newspaper "Vechernyaya Moskva". Among the discussed issues: the specific nature of the power engineers work in the Moscow region, eurythmy of cooperation with the representatives of authorities and business, the interactive services introduction, replicating of the best experience in the technological connection in the territory of Russia and others.

In year 2014 "Moscow United Electric Grid Company" raised a new initiative, aimed at an access simplifying to the grids. By the words of deputy director for the technological connection and services sale of JSC "MOESK" Alexander Pyatigor, the renewed standards will make it possible for the Moscovites and dwellers of the region to connect to the grid infrastructure of MOESK just for 90 days, having made only 2 visits to a customer office. Natural persons and legal entities who need one source of power supply and capacity of not more than 150 kW, can make use of the new service within the framework of program "3 steps – 2 visits".

IMG_8205.JPGAs the Head of the apparatus of the Headquarters on business protection Kristina Serpokrylenko specified, the last year they managed to reduce significantly the quantity of complaints. Only 3% of all the addresses to the Headquarters touched upon the problems with connection to the electric grids. Besides that, the work of the Moscow power engineers was noted in the rating of the World Bank Doing Business: as to indicator "simplicity of connection to grids" Moscow raised from the next to last place by 71 points at once, having become the leader as to the tempos of this indicator improvements.

Speakers paid a separate attention to on-line services development, which make it possible to minimize on-site visits to the company offices. Site of interaction of the power engineers and applicants of the capital city's region is the specialized portal for technological connection utp.moesk.ru. A user may file simultaneously an application for the technological connection contract conclusion and for power supply contract, using a personal account. Within 10 days JSC "MOESK" reports an applicant about readiness of a draft contract for technological connection, with which a customer may get familiar preliminary via a personal account, or, if desired, get a document by post or in another Customer office of the company.

Implementation of program "5 steps for 3 visits" preceded the technological procedure simplification, which had become a frequent practice in the capital city's territory in year 2013. The best practices have laid the foundation for the proposals for the TC process improvement throughout all Russia, within the framework of the activity of the head company of JSC "Russian Grids".

Head of the management of the technological connection regulatory activity of JSC "Russian Grids" Alexander Korneev told about the electronic resource which makes it possible to connect to electric grids in any region of our country. He specified also the productive work of the power engineers of JSC "MOESK". In particular, from 556 thousand applications for technological connection on the whole in company "Russian Grids", about 100 thousand – are addresses from MOESK applicants.

Telling about the perspectives, the experts declared that towards year 2018 the power engineers plan to reduce a term of connection to 40 days and to come into top-20 of the rating of the World Bank Doing Business, as far as this indicator is concerned.
