On December 17, managers and specialists of JSC “MOESK” branches held regular meetings with leaders and representatives of the business community of the Moscow Region within the framework of celebrating the Businessman Day.

It should be reminded that the decision on organizing such events was taken in August 2013 following a meeting of the management of the Fuel and Energy Department of Moscow, JSC “MOESK” and the Moscow city branch of OPORA RUSSIA with representatives of the business community. These events became traditional. On the past Businessman Day, Aleksandr Pyatigor, Deputy General Director for Technological Connection and Provision of Services of Moscow Cable Grids company addressed clients from Moscow at the premises of a company branch.

In the report he presented a detailed description of the efforts made by the company to develop the quality of the services provision. The report focused on relations with businessman with regard to performance of technological connection contracts. The volumes of the works performed by the company are well illustrated by the figures. Over 700 thousand persons and entities contacted “MOESK” via all communication channels, namely face-to-face, distant and interactive. Over 34 thousand technological connection contracts were performed in 2013, whereas this year this figure has already exceeded 54 thousand. “Meetings with businessmen proved to be effective but we are always ready for dialog and making adjustments to the format of the Businessmen Day. Our goal is to streamline and facilitate the technological connection process,” said Aleksandr Pyatigor. In his speech, the Deputy General Director spoke of implementation of the “3 steps - 2 visits” project and efforts of the company aimed at optimizing contractual processes together with reducing the implementation time frame, for example by performing technological connection based on applications of up to 150 kW for 90 days.

Aleksey Makarovsky, Deputy Director for Development and Services Provision, and Marina Kruzhkova, Deputy Director of the Customer Service Department, answered questions of the businessmen. In the course of the discussion the guests were informed about new services being launched, such as introduction of an electronic signature in 2015 for signing documents. Customers were reminded that in customer service centers of JSC “MOESK” they can conclude two contracts, namely a technological connection contract with an electric grid company and a power supply contract with JSC “Mosenergosbyt”.

Meetings with clients also became traditional in regional branches. At the meetings held on this Businessman Day there was discussed approximately the same range of issues as in Moscow Cable Grids company. In Eastern Electric Grids company this range comprised the issues concerning capacity re-registration (confirmation or redistribution); transferring of grids of the applicants to be added to the inventory on the balance sheet of the company branches; additional services and technological connection time frame; time frame and procedure for issuing certificates of defining balance inventory, energizing facilities, etc. There should be noted an interesting tendency. In carrying out the works based on specifications, Northern Electric Grids company completed their portion of the works much earlier than the applicants and the customers requested the company to assist in carrying out the works on their part. In Western Electric Grids company, two businessmen during the Businessman Day expressed a wish to sign an agreement for receiving the “Turnkey technological connection” additional service and left their connection requests in the customer services office.
