Since May 1, 2015, JSC “MOESK” (a company of the Rosseti Group) launches on-line payment for the services of technological connection to electric grids, a new service for customers.

MOESK will be the first Russian electric grid company to offer such possibility to its customers.

The on-line payment system will make it possible for MOESK customers to complete all the necessary stages of technological connection and connect to electric grids without having to leave their homes: via the Internet in the “Personal profile” on the specialized Portal at utp. moesk.ru. The service will be launched for the most common category of applicants requesting the capacity of up to 15 kW at a tariff of RUR 550. It is planned to expand the categories of applicants who can use this option.

“The new service is an important part of MOESK policy aimed at simplifying the technological connection procedures, including through reducing the number of visits by customers and time frame for connection to electric grids. We are sure that it will be popular and convenient for customers of the company,” commented Aleksandr Pyatigor, Deputy General Director for Technological Connection and Service Development of JSC “MOESK”.

Customers can prefer to order all works on a turnkey basis as an additional service receiving a guarantee of the electric grid company. In addition, JSC “MOESK” customers can submit a “single” request for technological connection and power supply contract.
