Oleg Budargin, Head of PJSC “Rosseti”, headed up the Board of Directors of MOESK

Oleg Budargin, General Director of JSC Rosseti, was re-elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MOESK. This resolution was passed at the meeting in absentia of the Board of Directors held on June 29, 2015.

At the annual General Meeting held in June this year, shareholders of PJSC “MOESK” elected a new Board of Directors composed of 13 members. The Board of Directors comprised Vyacheslav Kravchenko, Deputy Minister of Energy, Pavel Livinsky, Head of the Fuel and Energy Department of Moscow, Oleg Budargin, General Director of JSC Rosseti, Andrey Dyomin, his First Deputy for Economic and Financial Affairs, Sergey Lebedev, Director of the Strategic Projects Department of JSC Rosseti, Pyotr Sinyutin, General Director of MOESK, Andrey Kokin, General Director of LLC “Stroy Capital”, Anatoly Gavrilenko, General Director of CJSC “Leader”, Aleksey Nuzhdov and Sergey Nikitin, his Deputies, Sergey Grishchenko, Deputy Head of the Direct Investments Department of Bank GPB, Yury Mangarov, Chief Adviser of JSC Rosseti and Denis Malkov, Director of the Energy Balances and Metering Department of JSC Rosseti.
