PJSC “MOESK” (belonging to “Rosseti” Company Group) provides comprehensive support to small- and medium-sized businesses, simplifying the procedure for connection to the Company’s electric grids as much as possible. The results achieved by the powermen as part of the forum “Start your own business: the sources of business development financing” were described by Yulia Shirokova, the Deputy Director for Technological Connection and Service Development of the northern branch of “MOESK”, shortly before.

This event has been organized by the Ministry of Investments and Innovations of the Moscow Region in conjunction with the administration of the Taldom municipal district, under the State Program "Moscow Region Business".

As Yekaterina Shevatova, the head of the business support department under the Ministry, said, such forums are organized for the purpose of enhancing businessmen’s qualification and financial literacy and motivating to the creation and development of own business. As she explained, the simplicity and accessibility of the electric grid structure are sure to be among the most important and relevant elements.


Yulia Shirokova, in turn, said that the powermen continue to work at the facilitation and development of online services relating to the technological connection, in addition to the introduction of the “3 steps - 2 visits” program. Nowadays, in addition to the electronic application for the electric grid connection filed via Account opened in the special portal utp.moesk.ru, the customer requesting small power can fulfill the whole procedure of connection via Internet. Besides, certain packages of additional services have been developed for convenience to be used if the customer files an application for Turnkey technological connection.

In addition to off-line calls addressed to the company via the web-site or the contact center “Svetlaya Liniya”, the Businessman’s Day is organized each last Wednesday of the month in all the branches of “MOESK”. “But we cooperate with our applicants on a daily basis”, emphasized Yulia Shirokova. The forum participants received not only booklets and leaflets with detailed information about the procedure for technological connection, but her mobile phone number. The first calls she took on her way back to Moscow.
An example of respectful attitude to their customers was given by Vladislav Yudin, the head of the Taldom municipal district. He noted that one day a veteran addressed him with the request to improve the quality of street lighting. This request was forwarded to “MOESK” and fulfilled within several days. Following the results of the forum the head of the Taldom municipal district has decided to form a special SME Assistance Committee. The Committee included, among others, Yulia Shirokova, the Deputy Director for of the northern branch of “MOESK”.
