PJSC MOESK is the Prize Winner of XVIII MoEx Annual Contest of Annual Reports

PJSC MOESK (Rosseti Group company) became the prize winner of XVIII Annual Contest of Annual Reports in the category of the Best Design and Navigation of the Corporate Website. Moscow Exchange and Securities Market Media Group (RCB) acted as contest organizers. Annual report of PJSC MOESK for 2014 was included in the short list in the category of the Best Annual Report of the Company with Capitalization from 30 up to 200 billion RUB”.

MoEx Annual Contest of Annual Reports has been held since 1998 in order to maintain high-level transparency of the companies and facilitate efficiency of information disclosure for investors and customers. The contest is one of the most important corporate governance and investor relations events.

The reports were assessed by the level of disclosing information of operations, financial performance, corporate governance, as well as information of sustainable development and company's ownership structure.

149 companies took part in XVIII MoEx Annual Contest of Annual Reports. The jury included experts of consulting / rating / investment / management companies, information agencies, Bank of Russia, professional associations and NGOs.
