The international rating agency Fitch Ratings has confirmed long-term foreign-currency issuer default ratings of PJSC "Rosseti Moscow Region" at the level of "BB+" with a "Stable" outlook.
The Agency noted a stable financial profile, high asset quality, significant positions of the company in the electricity distribution segment in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as strong ties with the majority shareholder, PJSC "Rosseti", as the main factors in assessing the long – term rating of "Rosseti Moscow Region".
The rating was confirmed by the results of the meeting between the management of "Rosseti Moscow Region" and representatives of Fitch Ratings agency. During the meeting, the current operational and financial indicators and expected results of the power grid company in 2020 were discussed.
