Since the beginning of 2022, "Rosseti Moscow Region" has received 545 applications for the transfer of electric grid property from allotment societies and housing communities of the capital region. Contracts have already been concluded for 187 of them.

For the current year, as part of the order of Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov, the program of simplified transfer of electric grid facilities of allotment associations and housing communities to "Rosseti Moscow Region" has been extended, effective since 2019. During this time, 3936 allotment associations and housing communities transferred power grid assets to the company's professionals.

Currently, electric grid facilities with a technological connection to the grids of "Rosseti Moscow Region" are subject to consolidation, as are the electric grids of allotment associations and housing communities with an indirect technological connection if "Rosseti Moscow Region" is the nearest territorial grid organization to the applicant's grids. The company also accepts allotment associations and housing communities grids connected to the generating company's grids.

The allotment associations and housing communities facilities that have connection to the grids of other local grid companies are not subject to consolidation.

After the transfer of power grids to the balance of "Rosseti Moscow Region", gardeners and residents of housing communities are exempt from the costs associated with their overhaul and operation. Maintenance, current repairs and, if necessary, replacement of equipment will be performed by the grid company. And "Rosseti Moscow Region" assumes the responsibility to perform emergency recovery work immediately after the contract is signed, before the acceptance certificate is signed.
