PJSC "Rosseti Moscow Region" and United Industrial Complex LLC (UIC) signed an agreement on the introduction and application of innovative fire protection solutions at the power facilities of the electric grid company at the Russian Energy Week-2022.

The document was signed by Petr Sinyutin, Director General of PJSC "Rosseti Moscow Region", and Sergey Kolpakov, Director General of UIC LLC.

As part of the agreement, the parties agreed to develop import substitution technologies using domestic modern fire protection solutions for cables at PJSC "Rosseti Moscow Region".

The certified solution INFLEX-FC-31 is a special mesh guard with a flame retardant composition, which expands and protects cables from the spread of flame when exposed to high temperature. This technology simplifies the process of performing fire-resistant work, increases the reliability of power supply to consumers and the level of safety, and reduces the cost of operating cable lines.

"The introduction of modern domestic technologies to improve the reliability of power supply to consumers and the safe operation of electrical equipment is one of the company's priority tasks, contributing to the uninterrupted operation of the power grid complex of the Moscow region. Cooperation with the United Industrial Complex company will allow testing Russian developments under actual conditions," Petr Sinyutin, Director General of "Rosseti Moscow Region", commented.

"The use of modern Russian materials and equipment is most relevant today. The United Industrial Complex is a Russian developer and manufacturer of innovative solutions in the field of fire safety. Our materials of our own INFLEX trademark are designed to meet modern requirements and are successfully used at key industrial facilities. "Rosseti Moscow Region" is a strategic company for Moscow. It is the energy arteries of the city. Cooperation with "Rosseti Moscow Region" will allow us to apply our experience, competencies and developments to improve the reliability and safety of the Moscow power grid complex," said Sergey Kolpakov, Director General of United Industrial Complex LLC.
