2.1. The quorum for the meeting of the Issuer’s Board of Directors and voting results on the resolution-making issues:
The quorum for holding the meeting of the Board of Directors of Rosseti Moscow Region, PJSC exists.
Voting results:
On the issue No. 1, the resolution was taken by a two-thirds majority of the members of the Board of Directors participating in the meeting.
On the issue No. 4, the resolution was taken by the majority of the members of the Board of Directors participating in the meeting.
2.2. The content of the resolutions taken by the Issuer’s Board of Directors:
On the issue 1:
Approve the conclusion of the Agreement on compensation in property form between Rosseti Moscow Region, PJSC and the Branch of AVRASYS LIMITED in Moscow on the terms in accordance with Appendix 1 to this decision of the Company's Board of Directors.
On the issue 2:
Take into account the report of the Internal Audit Department of Rosseti Moscow Region, PJSC on the assessment of corporate governance for 2019-2020 corporate year in accordance with Appendix 2 to this decision of the Company's Board of Directors.
