exchange-traded interest-bearing non-convertible book-entry bonds (hereinafter – "Exchange-traded bonds").

The maximum amount of nominal values of Exchange-traded bonds that may be placed under the Bond Program is 80,000,000,000 (Eighty billion) Russian rubles inclusive.

2.3. Maximum maturity (procedure for determining the maturity) of bonds to be placed under the bond program or information that the maturity of bonds to be placed under the bond program is not determined (for bonds without maturity):

The maximum maturity of the Exchange-traded bonds to be placed under the Program is 10,920 (Ten thousand nine hundred and twenty) days from the date of commencement of placement of the issue of Exchange-traded bonds under the Exchange-traded Bond Program.

50 (Fifty) years from the date of assignment of an identification number to the Exchange-Traded Bond Program.

Amendments to the exchange-traded bond program were made by resolution of the Board of Directors of Public Joint Stock Company "Rosseti Moscow Region" adopted on June 05, 2024, Minutes No. 621 dated June 07, 2024.
