An opening of All-Russian Competition for Professional Skills among teams for high-voltage electric energy transmission lines maintenance of distribution grids of JSC “IDGC Holding” took place on September the 6th, in Penza, at training ground of Penzensky production department of “Penzaenergo”, a branch of JSC “IDGC of Volga Region”. The following persons participated in the solemn opening ceremony: General Director Advisor of JSC “IDGC Holding” Vitaliy Ivanov, General Director of JSC “IDGC of Volga Region” Vladimir Ryabikin, and other important visitors.
Vitaliy Ivanov delivered congratulation from Nikolay Shvets, the General Director of IDGC Holding, to attendants. He pointed out that elite of electricians came to Penza these days. “I’ve always considered electricians to be the most trained representatives of the profession. I am sure you will prove it once more over the competition”.
Vasiliy Bochkarev greeted power engineers at Penza. He pointed out: “I am proud that such high level competition was decided to be implemented at our region. Energy industry is the basement of development of economic sector. That’s why well-being of everyone depends on your skills”. The Governor wished teams successful performance, and judges to be fair and objective.
Andrey Barkhatkin, representative of JSC “IDGC of Volga Region”, and Vitaliy Butkevich, representative of JSC “Tyumenenergo”, were confided to run up the flag of the competition.
Due to an old Russian tradition, in sign of hospitality the teams were given bread and salt at embroidered traditional Russian material. Senior Judge of the competition Mikhain Lvov made a salvo of a symbolic gun which marked the beginning of the competition. Performance of artistic teams from Penza region became an adornment of the ceremony.
To remind, in the first day of the competition team of MOESK which is number nine will have to pass through the stage called “Removing a foreign matter (a fling on matter) from 110 kV high-voltage cable with usage of a lifter”.
