Under 2010 year investment program realization, all branches of JSC “MOESK” have successfully performed required amount of works on building and reconstruction of objects. Specifically, Central Electric Networks have exceeded the planned amount of works on building and reconstruction of 110 energy objects by 3%, due to results of the year. In 2010, Central Electric Networks have made capital investments in the amount of RUR 2,372,408 thousand compared to planned RUR 2,303,264 thousand.

Building of 110 kV electric energy transmission line has been completed, as follows: “HPP-8 – Chagino” of 1.2 km length, “Kozhukhovo – Chertanovo” with “Ugresha – Saburovo” branch line of 2 km total, “Kosino – Vykhino 1.2” of 3 km, 220 kV overhead transmission line HHP 23 – “Sviblovo 1.2” of 6.63 km. The following substations have been put into operation: “Sokol’niki” 110/10/6 kV substation, “Khlebnikovo” 110 kV substation No.176, and “Semenovskaya” 110/10 kV substation. As a result of reconstruction works, power of the following substations has been 1.5 times increased: “Paveletskaya” 220/110/10 kV substation and “Elokhovskaya” 220/110/10 kV substation. Reconstruction of “Chertanovo” substation is being carried on.

Due to Pavel Veretennikov, the Deputy Director for Capital Building of Central Electric Networks, a branch of JSC “MOESK”, “Power engineers of CEN work out the program on activation of overloaded equipment replacement for more powerful at substations located at central sector of Moscow. The program will allow to meet growing requirements on technical connection, as well as to increase energy reliability of consumers living in the capital significantly. Introduction of modern developments by domestic producers is planned under performance of the Program”.

* Reliable electric energy supply of consumers at the territory of Moscow city is provided by three branches of JSC “MOESK”. Structure of Central Electric Networks includes 124 units of 35-110-220 kilovolt (kV) substations, 35-110-220 kV overhead electric energy transmission lines for total length exceeding 1,144 km, and over 500 km of 0.4-20 kV energy transmission cable lines located within the capital. Moscow Cable Networks, a branch of JSC “MOESK”, serves 0.4-20 and 35 kilovolt (kV) electric energy transmission cable lines for total length exceeding 61 thousand km, and more than 16 thousand distributive and transformer substations in Moscow. Responsibility area of High Voltage Cable Networks includes more than 800 km of 110-500 kV electric energy transmission cable lines located at Moscow and Moscow Regi
