Power engineers of Joint-Stock Company “Moscow United Electric Grid Company”, colleagues from IDGC Holding, OJSC operating companies, FGC UES and contracting organizations carry on works at 35-110 kV electric energy transmission lines and distributive grids to recover reliability of the Moscow Region electric energy supply. Only on Sunday, January the 23rd, 237 trees were taken away from electric energy transmission lines under works at distributive grids lines, 23 supports replaced, and 2.67 km of wires recovered. Due to experts, “ice rain” damaged 450.45 km of wires at distributive grids of Joint-Stock Company “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” in December. As of January the 24th, 2011, 15.88 kilometers of 0.4-6-10 kV electric energy transmission lines are to be recovered.

On January the 24th, planned works aimed at provision of required regional consumers’ electric energy supply reliability parameters will be carried on in the Moscow Region. Staff consisting of 261 teams (1,257 workers) and 275 units of techniques will be involved in the works. It includes 163 teams from branches of JSC “MOESK”, 12 teams from IDGC Holding, OJSC, and 86 teams from contracting organizations.
