Due to decline of outside air temperature to -25-30 C’, Joint-Stock Company “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” took all steps to provide for reliable operation of equipment and failure-free electric energy supply of consumers.
By instruction of the decree of the Deputy General Director – Technical Director of JSC “MOESK”, accident recovery teams were prepared, personnel were provided with necessary tools, materials, and equipments. Extraordinary examinations of oil-filled and gas-insulated equipment as well as supporting stock isolation, were implemented. Control of transport for preparedness for operation under low temperatures conditions was carried out.
Besides, general engineers of JSC “MOESK” branches were assigned a task to control oil reserves for resupply of equipment, and provide for readiness of duty oil-filled contents to operate.
