Heat and light, which are brought to people by an Electricity Distribution Complex, are harmonically combine with the generosity and energy of JSC “MOESK”’s women. Their diligence, professionalism and talent are the basis of socially responsible and efficient activity of the Company.
Not everyone is equal to the work in the Electricity Distribution Complex. It requires big responsibility, self-discipline and permanent skill improvement. It is pleasant that our women do their professional duty properly on a par with men. The Company employs 223 women - owners of so-called “male” professions such as electrician, the head of substations’ group, dispatcher and master. They deserve special respect and words of thanks!
23 mothers of many children, having three and more children, work for JSC "MOESK". JSC "MOESK" employs 4 women - masters of sports and 22 women - weekend warriors. But these figures give us great optimism and zest for life: 87 women-employees of the Company gave birth to children last year, and 112 women got married!
The fact that women form almost a half of the Executive Office’s staff of JSC “MOESK” can only rejoice us. In which connection 60% of them have a higher energy education, about 20% - financial and economic education.
JSC "MOESK" is proud of its women and thanks them for their wisdom, patience and kindness, for their everyday hard work. Just they successfully solve complex professional issues, allowing a huge enterprise to implement successfully ambitious tasks, directed to uninterrupted power supply of consumers of the Moscow Region!
