The field team building training for young specialists of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” was held on 4 December. The action was organized within the framework of implementation of the uniform youth policy of IDGC Holding, OJSC and passed in the Moscow Area on the basis of the sports club “TOP GUN”. The representatives of all branches and subsidiaries of the Company took part in the training.

“Meeting”, “Elevator”, “Tram”, “Spider”, “Web”, “Wall” are the names of the tests prepared by the arrangers of the training for the youth team of JSC “MOESK”. The tasks were organized so that to represent the stages from simple to difficult ones and in such a manner that they may be performed only by way of uniting the efforts of the whole team.

According to Evgeny Krotov, chairman of the young experts council of the Executive Body of JSC “MOESK”, holding of such actions is widespread among large Russian and western companies. Such trainings transform formal colleagues into friends, improve efficiency of their cooperation, improve psychological climate in the team and its integrity.

According to Oleg Trofimov, deputy chief of organizational development administration, “the young experts council operates in all branches and subsidiaries of JSC “MOESK” and today we have made one more step to unite them within the framework of the youth policy of the Company and IDGC Holding”.

“It is very pleasant that the Company cares about young specialists. The things we’ve got here may be useful in the further work”, Natalia Zhyoltikova, leading manager of JSC “Moskabel’set’montazh” shared her impressions.

The participants gathered together around the fire at the end of the action, where everyone had an opportunity to express oneself. In the common opinion, everything may be achieved if we work in a team, and the tests, which were passed successfully, showed that the future of the Company is in safe hands.
