The repairs target of Moscow Cable Grids – the branch of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” of eleven months of the year 2010 has been performed in full.
The total amount assigned for implementation of the repair campaign has equaled one billion two hundred and seventy-five million one hundred and twenty-seven thousand rubles. The electric equipment in 988 transformer and distribution substations has been repaired as from the beginning of the year. According to the target, 132 transformers, 90.4 km of cable lines of 1-10 kV in voltage have been repaired against the existing target of 80.4 km. The comprehensive repairs of 20.9 km of overhead power lines have been performed at the target of 17.9 km, including 279 supports of power lines of 0.4-10 kV voltage against the target of 272 supports.
It should be noted that the repairs work for the amount exceeding RUR 880 million were performed using own resources, without the help of contracting entities.
The repair works performed with proper quality and in time are one of the major factors of maintenance of reliability of the electric grids operation. In order to provide reliable and uninterrupted supply of electricity to consumers of the capital, Moscow Cable Grids hold repairs of electric grid facilities annually. MCG assign maximum possible funds to finance the repair program.
