The brunch company of JSC “MOESK” – Moscow cable systems have analyzed thoroughly problems with technological connection and work efficiency of the Client office.

Regarding to the results for 2010 a new building placed in Solzhenitsyn Street, 7 was rent and equipped to make more comfortable the Client office and the Consultation center. The waiting areas of the Client center and Consultation center were enlarged and supported with all the necessary modern equipment, the number of registrar windows was exceeded.

In 2010 additional human recourses were involved to create a department of the free advisory service to consult about the technological connection problems. The fresh approaches to the order taking were successfully applied and function of filing application was based on the “Registry” principle. For a client comfort reception window was open to receive instant information for the earlier filed applications. According to the applicant feed-back working hours of the Client office are planned to be changed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily from Monday to Saturday.

At the moment an online portal of technological connection is under elaboration, it will make it possible to receive all the necessary information about rendered service in sphere of technological connection and about earlier filled applications to JCS “MOESK” and to apply alternative e-form filling application.

As a head of Client Service Center Alla Latipova noted : “All the suggestions and changes connected with work of the Client office and Consultation center were included into a Program aimed to improve client-oriented approach of JSC “MOESK” in 2011”.
