Due to prompt and professional actions of powermen at Moscow United Electric Grid Company, most part of power lines damaged due to heavy snow in the Moscow region is repaired. At 12:36, 35 kV Malino-Martynovo OL 2 was put into operation, and Martynovo substation was powered. At 12:51, 35 kV malino-Martynovo OL 1 was put into operation. At 14:27, 35 kV Kudinovo-Kupavna OL 1 was switched to service, and 35 kV Kuchino-Tchyornoye OL 1 at 14:43.

A significant number of transformer substations was powered. For example, of 123 substations in the Ramenskoye district de-energized by 10 a.m., only 19 substations were still to be recovered by 2 p.m., while in the Naro-Fominsk district there was only one substation of 53 left unpowered.

By 2 p.m., the number of emergency workteams from MOESK increased almost 2.5 times, i.e. from 48 workgroups, which started working at 8 a.m. to 116 workteams included 472 people and 45 units of special-purpose machinery. Moreover, the company possesses about 20 workteams in reserve.
