The centralized emergency reserve of the equipment of JSC “MOESK” for passing the autumn and winter peak load has been formed by 100%. Also, the local regulations have been worked out and approved in each branch of Moscow United Electric Grid Company, on the maintenance, consumption and replenishment of a decentralized (territorial) reserve of the equipment and materials, a scheme of organization of their delivery for carrying out the emergency recovery works, instructions on the personnel’s actions.
The mobile teams are provided and equipped fully with the personal protective equipment, special cloths, tooling, tackle, three types of communication means – standard and trunked radio stations, and also mobile telephones. The transport subdivisions are provided in a necessary volume with the fuel and lubrication materials and constituent parts.
The completing units of the emergency reserve and fitting of the personnel of the electric grids is the most important component of the preparation to the autumn and winter (AWP) peak load, securing the Company’s readiness to prevent and liquidate emergencies at the electric grid facilities. The second aspect of the paramount important of the preparation to passing the AWP – is the fulfillment of a plan of repairs and launch of the electric grid facilities.
As of September of this year, all the construction and reconstruction works of cable lines, transformer and distribution substations are carried out according to the investment program. The program implementation on the renovation and capital construction promotes to a support of continuous power supply of consumers, to the needs satisfaction of the new consumers, costs reduction, efficiency increase of the equipment functioning.
As of today JSC “MOESK” has already set in operation 783 km of power transmission lines and feeding centers with the transformer capacity of 1,9 gigavolt-ampere, as to the new construction in Moscow and Moscow region. An expected setting of the new facilities in operation will amount to 102,1% in a percent expression to the plan of the investment program.
