To provide it with electric power, they plan to make use of the capacities of 110 kV substation (SS) “Yubileynaya”. As Mikhail Kruchinin specified, it’s the largest socially significant facility not only for the city, but for the region as well. It will be the first cooperation experience with the capital city’s builders of the underground railways for the power engineers of the Southern branch of MOESK.
