In January of 2013 JSC “MOESK” took the 2nd place in the rating of the Russian companies of the Fuel and Energy Complex with a high level of the information openness. The triple of the leaders is opened by company “Itera”, the third place was taken by “Gazprom”. The rating was made by the Agency for the political and economic communications (APEC). JSC “MOESK” is awarded for the first time such a high estimation.
To determine the information openness rating of the Russian companies of the Fuel and Energy Complex, the Agency for the political and economic communications (APEC) conducted a survey, in which 25 famous experts took part: economists, politicians, investment and branch-wise analysts, economic journalists. 77 largest companies were assessed, representing the atomic energy industry, gas, oil, coal industry, transportation of oil and oil products, electric-power industry.
Information openness – is one of the most important components of the customer-oriented policy of JSC “MOESK”. The leading position in the rating is an acknowledgement of the Company’s successful activities in the field of the information policy.
