2012 December, 18 as a part of index reform a unified constituent list for the MICEX Index and the RTS Index was implemented. Shares of 50 most capitalized companies are included into calculation, among them there are securities of JSC “MOESK”.
It is worth mentioning that the shares of the Company entered the MICEX Index list for the first time. Thus JSC “MOESK” became one of three companies representing electric grid sector together with JSC “IDGC Holding” and “FGC UES”, JSC.
Today shares of JSC “MOESK” are included into the following indices:
- MICEX Index;
- RTS Index;
- MICEX Mid Cap Index (MICEX MC);
- Power Industry Index Èíäåêñ (MICEX PWR – ruble-denominated, RTSeu – dollar-denominated).
The MICEX Index and the RTS Index are the key indicators of Russian capital market, the MICEX index is calculated in the national currency, the RTS Index– US dollar.
