The number of customer offices of JSC “MOESK” in Moscow has increased by 4 times – additionally, another three customer service centers (CSC) have been opened in the capital. Apart from the existing CSC located at 7, Solzhenitsyn Street (Metro stations “Taganskaya”, “Marksistskaya”), the client offices opened their doors at the following addresses in Moscow: 15, 812 Goda Street (Metro station “Fili”), 2, Rustaveli Street (Metro station “Dmitrovskaya”), 43, Bol’shaya Tul’skaya Street (Metro station “Tul’skaya”).
All offices meet high standards adopted in the company.

Extension of the customer offices number is a part of the program implementation, aimed at improvement of the customer-oriented approach in JSC “MOESK”, in the course of which re-engineering of the business processes has been already realized, as well as the advanced regulations on grid connection have been developed and issued. The new regulations have come to the applicants’ notice under the title “Five steps for three visits”. The company adopted the new standards for customers’ servicing and the payment amount computing for grid connection. As a result, the time required for the customer connection to electrical networks has been reduced.

For convenience of applicants the on-line services are developed, and the company’s employees improve their professional training.
