Process of Capacity Re-registration for Customers of JSC “MOESK” Is Easier Now

In order to improve quality of services rendered and reduce time spent on consideration of applications for capacity re-registration, JSC “MOESK” approved the Regulation for the process “Review of applications for re-registration of documents confirming proper grid connection”.

This regulation defines a sequence of actions and rules of works performed by the structural units and officials of JSC “MOESK” and Company’s branches when processing applications, the subject of which is capacity re-registration. The procedure for capacity re-registration is needed in the event of transfer of ownership or creation of any other reason for possession of energy receivers or energy facilities, which were earlier connected to electric grid facilities of JSC “MOESK”.

Application of this Regulation by structural divisions in their work will ensure that the requirements for organization of actions for re-registration of the documents confirming proper grid connection are implemented; time for consideration of documents is reduced; quality of services provided is improved. The Regulation also establishes the responsibilities and functions of structural divisions and officials for implementation of the actions required for achievement of the goals and objectives of the process, and responsibility for implementing individual steps (actions) during the process.
