Construction and renovation of 398 electric grid facilities are planned as part of the investment program of JSC “MOESK” in the current year in the Podolsk district of the Moscow Area. Over RUR 1.1 bn are planned to be assigned to implement this project.
It is planned to pay special attention in MOESK on modernization of high voltage facilities: substations (S) 220 kV “Gulevo”, 110 kV “Vesennyaya”, “Krasnogorka”, “Lagovskaya”, “Syrovo”, “Shepchinki” as well as overhead lines (OL) 110 kV “Gulevo-Vesennyaya”, “Gulevo-Severovo”, cable line (CL) of 110 kV “Severovo-Fetischevo”. The total cost of these facilities will exceed RUR 770 mn.
More than RUR 399 mn will be spent for development and rehabilitation of distribution grids of 0.4/6/10 kV. Currently reconstruction of distribution grids is held in settlements Vorypaevo, Lesoproekt, Potapovo, Sertyakino, Severovo, Sel’skokhozyaistvennaya, Troitskoye, Fedyukovo.
For example, a new 250 kW package transformer substation (PTS) was installed for the residents of the village Fedyukino. Power line of 0.4 kV was mounted. After performance of works of energizing PTS and disaggregation of 0.4 kV overhead lines, the length of the power lines was 2 times reduced that in general allowed to normalize the value of voltage in the electric grid.
In the villages Berezhki, Borodino, Grivno, Koledino, Nikul’skoe, Oznobishino, Ostaf’yevo, small package transformer substations (SPTS) of 160 to 400 kW in capacity were installed; 6 kV OL of about 4 km in length were built, over 7 km of 0.4 kV OL with an increase in wire section were reconstructed.
“The planned activities in the field of installation of new equipment will help relieve the existing grid,” Mikhail Kopylov, head of the Podolsk Electric Grid District of Southern Electric Grids – the branch of JSC “MOESK” thinks. “In general, the works in the field of implementation of the investment program are aimed to increase reliability and quality of electricity supply to the residents of the Podolsky District.”
