RIA “Novosti” and JSC “MOESK” Start On-line Instruction in Grid Connection

As a part of the program, aimed at improvement of the customer-oriented approach, “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” is constantly increasing the quality and accessibility of its services. To make a procedure of grid connection clear and easy for consumers, JSC “MOESK” in cooperation with RIA “Novosty” produced a flash-instruction. All the stages of the grid connection procedure from submitting an application to real supplying of electrical power are described in it in a simple and comprehensible form.

For the convenience of applicants the instruction divided into three sections, according to the capacity of connection: up to 15kW, from 15 to 150 kW, from 150 to 670 kW and more than 670 kW. All the five stages, which are necessary to pass through for grid connection of JSC “MOESK”, are described in details in each section.

Video- instruction is posted on a website of RIA “Novosty” in the tab of the special project “Podmoskov’e”. It is to be recalled that, since November of 2012 the program of procedure optimization of the customers’ grid connection “Five steps for three visits” has been working in JSC “MOESK”. As a result of its fulfillment, the procedure became more transparent and accessible for customers: reduced the term of documents consideration, the number of customers visiting the Company’s officers reduced to five, on-line services work.
