Roman Voynov is appointed to be the new director of branch of JSC “MOESK” – Moscow Cable Grids; he occupied earlier the position of the Branch director Central Electric Girds. Vsevolod Ivanov is appointed to be the Director of the Central Electric Grids; earlier he headed the Grids Management Center of JSC “MOESK”. Director General of JSC “MOESK” Pyotr Sinyutin represented the new heads to the teams of the branches.

Roman Vladimirovich was born in 1971. He is a hereditary power engineer. He started his labor activity in the branch in 1988 as a fitter in Podolsk Electric Grids – branch of OJSC “Mosenergo”.

He came back to the enterprise after the Royal Navy service. He worked as a fitter, then – an electrician of the emergency crew and head of the service of the substations. In 2002-2005 Roman Voynov worked as a dispatcher for electrical stations, and then – Deputy Head for the operation and fieldwork of the central dispatcher service of OJSC “Mosenergo”.

Since year 2005, after spin-off of JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” from the structure of OJSC “Mosenergo”, he stayed to work in the grid company, and there he passed several stages in the job ladder. Before the appointment to the position of the Director of Moscow Cable Grids, he held the position of the Branch Director “Central Electric Grids”. He has the letters of gratitude from the Moscow Government and was awarded many times with the branch-wise diplomas.

He is married, brings up a son.

Vsevolod Evgen’yevich was born in 1976. He started his labor activity in the electric-power industry in 1997, and it turned out to be connected closely to the facilities, which had been included 6 years ago into the structure of the Central Grids.

While working as an electrician for the substations maintenance (SS) “Zubovskaya”, and then “Ochakovo”, Vsevolod Evgen’yevich was getting at the same time the education in the Moscow State Open University with a specialization in “Electrical stations”. He graduated from the University in 2005.

In 2000 he was transferred for the position of a foreman. First of all he was the foreman of the group of substations “Filevskaya”, and a bit later – “Krasnopresnenskaya”, which now relate to the Central Grids.

From 2005 to 2007 he worked as a dispatcher of the Western Electric Grids.

From 2007 Vsevolod Ivanov – is a Deputy chief engineer for the fieldwork of the Moscow Cable Grids.

From 2011 to August of 2013 – he worked in a position of a Deputy Technical Director for the operational and process management – head of the Grids Management Center of JSC “MOESK”.

He is married, brings up three daughters: 10, 8 and 6 years.
