On 08.08.2013 International Rating Agency Fitch Ratings assigned a long-term corporate credit rating to JSC “Moscow United Electric Grid Company” (MOESK) in the foreign and national currency of level BB+ with the “stable” outlook and short-term credit rating in the foreign currency at the level B.
Main determining factors of the rating of JSC “MOESK” are the dominating position of the monopolist among the distribution operators of the electric-power industry for Moscow and Moscow Region, a vast customer base, task-oriented development of the company within the frameworks established by the regulator, a stable cash flow and favorable pattern of the calculation terms under the obligations in a long-term perspective; all these things prove the positive dynamics.
