Processing Procedure of Applicants’ Documents for Connection to Electric Grids is Simplified in MOESK

Presentation of the hardware-software complex (HSC) for the technological connection of consumers took place in the Southern Electric Grids (a branch of JSC “MOESK”) in the South of Moscow Region.

This complex introduction will make it possible to optimize and reduce the preparation terms of the documents of the applicant privileged group (with the capacity up to 15 kW) for connection to the Company’s grids. Let us specify that they amount to about 90% from the total scope of the applications coming to MOESK.

Software package was elaborated by the specialists of Serpukhov distribution zone of MOESK. While explaining the procedure of the HSC functioning, head of this DZ Alexey Akovantsev drew attention to the fact that the new complex implemented the principle of the single input of an applicant’s data. A great part of the information is introduced by an applicant him-/herself via a respective terminal. As a result errors under the documentation implementation are kept to a minimum, time for the documents preparation is reduced.

For convenience of the customers the voice prompting system is applied when introducing the necessary data. System of SMS-notification of the applicants about the stages of the documents readiness will be also effective.

As Director of a branch of JSC “MOESK” - Southern Electric Grids Mikhail Ezhokin emphasized, since the year beginning the enterprise has got over 16 ths. applications for technological connection. Ramensk, Chekhovsk and Serpukhovo electric grid regions have become the leaders as to the quantity of the appeals.

“Qualified application of the new software package has shown both practical and economic practicability of this project, within several months on basis of Serpukhovo region. Its application will make it possible not only to optimize the work of the enterprise’s employees when implementing the documentation, but as well to increase the servicing quality of the customers of MOESK”, – specified Mikhail Ezhokin.
