MOESK Has Provided Stable Power Supply of Capital Region during New Year Holidays

During the New Year and Christmas holidays of the year 2014, the energy specialists of JSC "MOESK” ensured uninterrupted operation of electric grid facilities in the Moscow Region.

According to the data of the central operational and technological administration of MOESK, no major disruptions and electricity outages in the area of responsibility of the power company happened. To date, all consumers are provided with electricity in full.

Let us remind that Moscow United Electric Grid Company implemented special control over the energy facilities operation to ensure reliable power supply in the capital region from December 31 to January 9. Around-the-clock duty schedules were approved for the staff of MOESK and subsidiaries, operational brigades were equipped with the necessary supplies, materials and special equipment, an unscheduled inspection of warning systems was held. Particular attention was paid to strengthening the measures of security and fire safety, including the organization of almost 280 unscheduled inspections of the regime and antiterrorist protection of energy facilities.

Cooperation with the situational and analytical center of JSC "Russian Grids" was also performed on-line.
