In order to speed up the process of grid connection to electric networks of JSC "MOESK" and to reduce the number of clients’ visits to the offices, from the beginning of the current year, the service "electronic application" at the Portal http://utp.moesk.ru/ was put into commercial operation. This service allows the applicant, without a personal visit to the office, to submit applications, send required documents to the electric grid company, and receive notices about the main stages of their processing. The service "electronic application" was commissioned within MOESK’s grid connection pilot program "3 steps - 2 visits."
For the year 2013, the number of applications filed in electronic form was 2.5% of the total number, namely 2,087 pieces. Since the beginning of the year 2014, 1,933 electronic applications have been received, representing 6.7% of the total number.
The company's plans are to increase number of received electronic applications by the end of this year up to 15 percent.
In order to submit an electronic application, you need to go through registration in the "My Account". For the convenience of applicants, the updated version of "My Account" has been launched in the Portal.
Improvements as to the "My Account" touched, first of all, protection of personal data that complies with the requirements of the federal laws. By registering in the "My Account", the client receives the ID and password for access via secure channels, can use a digital signature. Possibility of filing an electronic application not only for the primary grid connection, but also for several services is stipulated: temporary connection, increase, renewal, confirmation, capacity redistribution, as well as issuance of duplicates of various documents.
Applying for grid connection to electric networks, the customers can monitor all stages of the consideration of their applications and other references in the real time mode, preserve the history of all visits to MOESK and responses to them. In addition, "My Account" shows the district with capacity available for connection, in a word, gives answers to all the questions in this area.
Currently "My Account" is under further modernization; it is aimed at improving the ease of service application.
