ris-15.pngJSC "MOESK" received the diploma of the V competition of press services of the companies within the fuel and energy complex and journalists "ConTEKst" for the communication project "5 Steps for 3 Visits" aimed to inform the public about the simplification of the grid connection procedure in the Moscow Region. The professional jury recognized the work of JSC "MOESK" to be the best in category "Customer relations projects."

Project "5 Steps for 3 Visits", the implementation of which started in 2013, was aimed to increase the transparency of access to electricity grids in the Moscow Region, provide full information and service support to customers at international standards. Audience of the project can be called unprecedented - more than 17 million people residing in the service area of "Moscow United Electric Grid Company".

"As a result of building a communication strategy with main consumer groups, development of interactive services, strengthening of the availability of information on the grid connection process in the mass media we managed not only to promote the development of core business processes and increase the number of applicants, but also to change the vision of the company", director of the Public Relations Department of JSC "MOESK" Lyudmila Dusheina said.

Let us note that based on the results of 2013, the total number of applications for grid connection, compared with 2012, increased by 72.3% and amounted to 91,610 pieces. The number of contracts increased by 89% - up to 70,877 pieces.
