In the past year, within the 0.4-220 kV production assets management project, a unified computerized database of equipment was created, which included passport and operational characteristics for all electric grid facilities of JSC "MOESK" (about 3 million titles).

Today energy specialists of MOESK can control the actual technical condition of all electricity grid facilities and produce a group estimate for the dynamics of the status index change by the types and kinds of equipment. This, in turn, allows to adjust the plans and repair-related costs.

MOESK’s production program 2014 and the system of planning for subsequent periods were adjusted, taking into account the data of the equipment condition parameters.

According to Petr Sinyutin, the company should build a vertical system for the information exchange. Therefore, access to the database to date is provided at all levels of management in the company: from a EGD (electric grid district) foreman - to departments of the executive office.

The 2014-2015 includes plans for the integration of databases existing in MOESK, so the company will have a uniform analytical system.
