MOESK and Sberbank sign strategic agreement on SPIEF-2019

PJSC Moscow United Electric Grid Company (a member of the Rosseti group of companies) and PJSC Sberbank at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum signed an agreement on strategic cooperation in the field of digitalization, innovative IT technologies and financing.

The document was signed by General Director of PJSC MOESK Pyotr Sinyutin and Vice-President of PJSC Sberbank - Chairman of the Moscow Bank Vyacheslav Tsybulnikov. The agreement provides for the interaction of the Company and Sberbank, aimed at achieving the goals of high-tech transformation. MOESK will get access to the base of innovative developments of laboratories and products of the Sberbank ecosystem.

- The conclusion of the agreement will speed up the introduction of new technologies and apply best practices to the renewal of the electric grid industry in the digital transformation of the industry, - said Peter Sinyutin, commenting on the conclusion of the agreement.

- This agreement opens a new stage of long-term partnership between Moscow Sberbank and MOESK and will serve as an important driver for our further effective cooperation in the interests of the residents of the metropolitan region, - said Vyacheslav Tsybulnikov.

Sberbank will provide the Company with its experience and developments in the field of the Internet of things, automation of business processes, robotics, virtual / augmented reality, Big Data technology (Big Data) and artificial intelligence. The companies also agreed to work together on the development of the Smart Grid, intelligent measuring instruments and automated production management systems.
