PJSC MOESK is a new guaranteeing supplier of electricity in the Krasnogorsk District of the Moscow Region

Following the Order of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation No. 211 dated March 20, 2020, from April 1, 2020, PJSC MOESK (operating under the brand "Rosseti Moscow Region") will take over the duties of a guaranteeing supplier (GS) of electricity in the Krasnogorsk district of the Moscow Region to consumers previously served by the guaranteeing supplier of Krasnogorskenergosbyt JSC.

Servicing of domestic consumers The change of the GS will not lead to an increase in electricity tariffs and an adjustment in the terms of its delivery.

The work on the power supply will be organized by the Energouchet branch of PJSC MOESK with the involvement of Mosenergosbyt JSC.

Concerning the change of the guaranteeing supplier, the procedure for transferring readings and payment for consumed electricity will change!

From April 1 to April 10, 2020, it is necessary to write off the readings and transfer them to PJSC MOESK. The transferred readings will be considered the starting ones when generating the payment document for April 2020.

Readings can be transferred to PJSC MOESK online at sbyt.moesk.ru. Or call the contact center at 8 (499) 550-9-550 and report the readings to the operator.

After the data migration is completed, all consumers will be assigned new personal account numbers. Until April 1, 2020, informational leaflets will be sent to the mailboxes of the residents of the Krasnogorsk District indicating the details for electricity payment.

Payments for electricity consumed after April 1, 2020 will be carried out only with PJSC MOESK in accordance with the issued receipts.

Citizens will receive the first receipts from MOESK in the first ten days of May. They will contain calculations and accruals for April, payment details, as well as information about the assigned personal account number. Before payment, it is necessary to check the recipient of the payment, PJSC MOESK must be indicated, as well as the details for payment. They must match the details indicated in the information leaflet.

Services for legal entities
Consumers-legal entities must conclude an energy supply agreement with PJSC MOESK. The contract will be concluded with each consumer of electrical energy who has applied.

Electricity consumption in the absence of an energy supply contract concluded with PJSC MOESK will be declared as non-contractual and will lead to a complete limitation of the power consumption regime.
