From July 10, 2020, the customer service centers (CSC) of the "Rosseti Moscow Region" company will resume their work. In order to comply with sanitary standards related to the prevention of the spread of coronavirus infection, face to face reception of consumers will be carried out exclusively by appointment at a strictly appointed time.
You can make an appointment starting from July 8 of this year through the "Personal Account" on the company's website (lk.moesk.ru). In the "Personal account" you can choose a geographically convenient Customer Service Center, book a specific date and time of your visit to the client office. In the face-to-face reception of citizens the engineers of "Rosseti Moscow Region" will be guided by a strict principle of work: one employee - one client.
